Yick Wei, Jonas Tan is currently a third-year student at Yale-NUS College, majoring in Mathematical, Computational and Statistical Sciences (MCS) and minoring in Philosophy. They serve as the APAC R&D Lead at SoftServe, where they drive initiatives in quantum computing and machine learning. Previously, Yick Wei held research assistant roles at Data-Driven Envirolab and the Centre for Quantum Technologies, contributing to projects on climate mitigation and quantum noise mitigation. They have also gained experience as a website designer and journalist for the Singapore Police Force and an intern at Pillpresso.
