Hemasri K has work experience as a Technical Recruiter at SoftSol starting in February 2023. Prior to that, Hemasri K had worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at Cerebra Technologies from October 2021 to January 2023.

Hemasri K completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from GITAM Deemed University between 2016 and 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in HR and Marketing from Vignan's Institute of Information Technology, with their studies taking place between 2019 and 2021.
