Sirisha Dulam

Sirisha Dulam has a strong background in recruitment and business development. Sirisha started their career in 2011 as an Account Executive Recruiter at Miracle Software Systems, Inc. Sirisha then worked as an Account Relationship Manager at Covenant Consultants from 2013 to 2014. After that, they served as a Recruitment Manager at eCentric HR, an Paradigm IT Group, CMM I level 5 company, from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at People Tech Group Inc as an Account/Recruitment Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Recruitment/Business Development Manager at SoftSol, a role they have been in since February 2019.

Sirisha Dulam obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from JNTU, K in the field of Marketing and Finance. Sirisha pursued their MBA from 2009 to 2011. Prior to this, they completed their 10th class education from Vivekavardhani Public School between 1992 and 2004, earning an S.S.C. degree.
