Roman Snetkov

Roman Snetkov is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in account management and technical support. Currently serving as the Technical Account Manager Team Lead at SOFTSWISS since July 2022, Roman has advanced through various positions within the company, including Senior, Middle, and Junior Technical Account Manager roles. Prior to SOFTSWISS, Roman worked at Skywind Group from January 2021 to July 2022 as a Middle Technical Support Representative, NOC Engineer, and BI Analyst, as well as a Junior Technical Support Representative. Roman's career began at JSC INTEGRAL, where contributions as Lead Electronics Engineer encompassed the full cycle development of electronic devices from September 2014 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include a Higher Education degree in Information Technology and Management in Technical Systems from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and a Secondary Education degree in Electronics Designing and Engineering from Minsk College of Radio Engineering.
