Prof. Pawan Gupta has over four decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Prof.Pawan started their career in 1978 as a Communication Engineer at Rajasthan State Electricity Board, where they were responsible for the maintenance and commissioning of Power Line Carrier Communication Systems. From 1981 to 1988, they worked as an Assistant Professor at MBM Engineering College and BVM Engineering College, teaching electrical engineering. After that, they joined Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd as a Training Manager, where they managed training programs in electronics, instrumentation, electrical, and computers until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the Director of HR and Process Development at Covisible Solutions in the USA. Currently, they hold the position of Director (E-Learning) at Softtech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. since 2005.

Prof. Pawan Gupta's education history begins in 1969 when they attended Shri Hanwant Higher Secondary School in Jodhpur. Prof.Pawan completed their SSC and HSC degrees, with a focus on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

Following this, Prof. Gupta enrolled at MBM Engineering College in Jodhpur in 1972, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics & Communication. Prof.Pawan completed this program in 1977.

Prof. Gupta went on to pursue higher studies at MBM Engineering College, starting in 1984. During this time, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a concentration in Control Systems. Their research focused on the use of microprocessors to control various mechanical and electrical systems. Prof.Pawan completed this program in 1986.
