Maria Selovich

Maria Selovich has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Maria started their career as a Talent Acquisition Manager at SoftTeco in 2008 and later became the Senior Human Resources Manager. Maria then transitioned into a Solution Advisor role and eventually became the Business Development Manager. Currently, Maria holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at SoftTeco. Maria specializes in full cycle software product development, building efficient IT engineering teams, and has expertise in various areas such as HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech, Industry 4.0, Mobile, Cloud, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, AI, BI, Big Data, and E-commerce.

Before joining SoftTeco, Maria worked as an IT Consultant on a freelance basis from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Intetics from 2004 to 2007.

Maria Selovich received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Programming, and Optimal Control Theory from Belarusian State University in the years 1997 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Open University from 2005 to 2007.
