Oleg Ridchenko

Oleg Ridchenko has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Oleg is currently working as the VP of Business Development at SoftTeco, where they are responsible for global sales and marketing activities. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Intetics, including VP of Sales and Business Development, VP of Service Delivery, Director of Project Management, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager. In these positions, they managed teams, developed and improved corporate management processes, and successfully supervised many major projects. Oleg has a strong background in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and setting up efficient management and development processes within companies.

Oleg Ridchenko obtained their MS in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Belarusian State University between 1997 and 2002. Their field of study included Mathematics, Programming, and Optimal Control Theory. In 2007, they pursued Professional Certificates in Management at The Open University. Additionally, in the same year, they earned a Certificate in Management from the International Institute of Management LINK (former Distance Learning Centre).
