Victor Petrov

Victor Petrov has extensive experience in the software development industry, currently serving as Country Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Project Manager at SoftTeco since March 2011. Alongside these roles, Victor has also contributed as a Project Manager at Kanda Software and previously held Project Manager positions at Altabel Group and Cogniteq. Early in the career, Victor worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at SaM Solutions. Victor holds several degrees in fields related to computer vision, mathematical modeling, and electronic engineering from renowned institutions, including a post-graduate degree from Byelorussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and experience as a Research Assistant at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
