Brenda Rek

Brenda Rek is currently the Business Strategy Director at Softtek, where they lead IT and digital strategy initiatives aimed at driving business transformation. With over a decade of experience, they co-founded TBInc., focusing on process improvement and operational leadership. Previously, Brenda held positions such as Sales Manager at Vitalia+Salud and Operational Excellence at Millicom. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. Brenda is also a current fellow at Latitud and Emprelatam.
