Elda Pando

Elda Pando is a Senior System Analyst and Application Subject Matter Expert at Softtek since August 2014, specializing in incident management, process improvement, and application support. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Support Specialist at 4th Source from February 2013 to June 2014, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and incident management. Elda's tenure at Softtek from July 2008 to February 2013 involved application support and maintenance, disaster recovery activities, and managing communication between infrastructure teams and users. Elda began a career at the National Institute of Statistics and Geography of Mexico (INEGI) from October 1998 to July 2008, offering support and data maintenance for a client-server application. Elda holds a Bachelor of Technology in Informatics from Universidad Tecnologica de Aguascalientes, completed in 1998.
