Ernesto Cortes

Ernesto Cortes serves as Vice President of Operations for Retail at Softtek since March 2013, where responsibilities include defining strategies for new project engagements and implementing Application Management Services (AMS) models in Mexico. Previously, Ernesto worked as an Application Managed Services Director and AMS Practice Specialist at Softtek, focusing on business proposals, solution architecture, and the adoption of methodologies for service delivery. Before joining Softtek, Ernesto held positions as Technology Lead at Infosys and Project Manager at ABA Seguros and British American Tobacco Mexico. Educational credentials include advanced business management studies at IPADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and ICAMI, with a foundational degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
