Luis Solares is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT sector, currently serving as Global ITIS Practice Manager at Softtek since January 2003. Solares holds multiple certifications, including GE Green Belt Six Sigma, ITIL Foundations, and Citrix Certified Administrator. Key accomplishments include architecting a global Citrix infrastructure and managing various IT services, including Helpdesk and Security Consoles Support.
