Pablo Gonzalez

Pablo Gonzalez is a seasoned software architect and technical lead with over 18 years of experience at Softtek, specializing in the re-architecture and redesign of internal applications to enhance functionalities and quality. Throughout his tenure, Pablo has overseen teams, developed and maintained web applications and services using ASP.NET and WCF, and managed SQL Server databases, catering to clients such as The UPS Store. Additionally, Pablo has a strong background in Agile methodologies, having implemented Scrum frameworks and coordinated multiple projects, as well as extensive experience in process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools. Prior roles include leadership and engineering positions for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Wal-Mart Stores Inc., along with a PhD research assistantship at ITESM focused on computer vision for quality assurance. Pablo holds a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2010.
