Victor Esparza

Victor Esparza has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in data warehousing and infrastructure services. Esparza began a career at GE Capital as a DWH Engineer from 2001 to 2004. Following this, a tenure at GENPACT from 2005 to 2006 further solidified expertise as a Data Warehouse Engineer. From February 2001 until September 2023, Esparza held multiple leadership roles at Softtek, including Operational Leader and DWH Architect, and Local Practice Manager, where oversight encompassed more than 300 engineers globally, focusing on server administration, database administration, networking, and monitoring. Esparza holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes, obtained from 1987 to 1995.
