Gerd Schneider

Gerd Schneider is currently serving as the VP Customer Trust, VP Information Security, and Corporate Information Security Officer at Software AG. Prior to joining Software AG, Gerd co-owned and founded Fechner & Schneider consulting services, where Gerd provided project management and implementation consulting services. Gerd also worked as a Staff Engineer at Sun Microsystems and as a Senior Consultant at Forte Software. Gerd holds an M.S. degree in Computing and Information Sciences from Kansas State University and a Dipl.-Inf. degree in Information Management from Graduate Polytechnic Furtwangen.
