Mark Vachher has over two decades of experience in technical services management, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Software AG since September 1999. In this role, Mark leads and manages daily service delivery operations for the east-coast support center, overseeing a team of up to 13 Technical Support Engineers while ensuring effective service delivery to a diverse customer base that includes Fortune 2000 companies and large government organizations.
