Randy Macht is an award-winning design professional with over 25 years of experience in multi-disciplinary visual communications, human factors engineering, and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Software AG since 2006, Randy oversees global usability for a diverse product suite, leveraging expertise in web, client, and mobile technologies. In addition to a significant tenure at Software AG, Randy owns machtmedia and has held various positions including Sr. Manager of Product Management and Sr. UI Designer. Earlier career highlights include roles at Lively Marketing, ZVC, Persona, Inc., and CompuCook, where Randy contributed as a designer and creative leader. Education includes ongoing studies at MIT Sloan School of Management in Design Thinking and a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
