Dean Walesby

Dean Walesby has extensive experience in sales operations and compensation across various industries. At AVEVA, Dean served as the Director of Global Sales Incentives from June 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Dean held multiple roles at Informa, including Business Performance Manager and Head of Subscription Sales Operations between February 2015 and May 2017, and later as Head of Sales Operations & Compensation from June 2017 to June 2020. Dean's career also includes service in HM Forces as a Signaller from September 1996 to May 2001 and a position as Resource Manager at WorldCom from January 2001 to May 2003. Currently, Dean is the Global Compensation and Incentive Director at Software AG, a position held since September 2021. Dean's educational background includes attendance at Harwich School.
