Dirk Siebert

Dirk Siebert, MBA, PMP, has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and business applications sectors. Dirk started their career at KPMG US as a Manager and then moved on to Life Technologies, where they served as Senior Manager and Head of Global Business Applications. Later, they joined Alliance Healthcare Deutschland GmbH as Director and Head of Business Applications for Germany. Dirk then worked at ABB as the Director and Head of Business Applications, Germany. Currently, they are employed at Software AG as the Vice President of PS Global Business Operations. Prior to this, they held the positions of Vice President of PS Project Management DACH and PS Bulgaria, and Senior Director of PS Project Management DACH and PS Bulgaria at Software AG.

Dirk Siebert, MBA, PMP has an educational background that includes a Master of Digital Transformation Management (MBA) from Goethe Business School - Goethe University Frankfurt, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the University of Hamburg from 1987 to 1993, where they earned a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

In addition to their degrees, Dirk Siebert has obtained various certifications. These include the Scaled Professional Scrum™ (SPS) certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in October 2021. In April 2021, they obtained the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) and Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK I) certifications, also from Scrum.org. In August 2020, they earned the Professional Scrum Developer I (PSD I), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certifications, all from Scrum.org. Furthermore, Dirk Siebert holds certifications from Johns Hopkins University, including A Crash Course in Data Science, Building a Data Science Team, and Managing Data Analysis, all obtained in November 2018. Dirk is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which they obtained in August 2011. Lastly, Dirk Siebert holds an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from TÜV SÜD, obtained in January 2007.
