Frans de Boer

Frans de Boer is currently the FC&A Director at Software AG, where they oversee two Dutch companies, focusing on financial and management accounting as well as performance analysis and improvement. Previously, they worked as a Consultant at Atos Consulting from 1998 to 2005, advising large organizations on financial structures and managing ERP software implementation projects. Prior to that, Frans served as Manager of Administration at Nederlandsch Octrooibureau, where they streamlined administrative procedures. They also held the position of Manager Finance & Controlling at Landelijke Faciliteit Rampenbestrijding from 2005 to 2007, managing the transition from cash-based to accrual-based accounting. Frans holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from TiasNimbas Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hogeschool Zuyd.
