Hanna Dirksen has extensive experience in corporate development and investor relations, currently serving in these capacities at Software AG since February 2022. Prior to this role, Hanna held various positions at EQ by Equiniti from September 2008 to December 2020, including Head of Advisory for Boudicca Proxy and Head of Investor Analytics. Hanna's earlier career includes roles as an Investor Relations Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, an Investor Relations Executive at Aviva, and a Quality Assurance Analyst at DirectIT Pty Ltd. Hanna holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Politics and International Relations, both from UNSW.
