Currently serving as Sr. Benefits Manager at Software AG since May 2008, Heather oversees US and Canadian benefits, vendor relations, and compliance initiatives, including ACA and 401(k) administration. Previously, Heather held roles at UnitedHealthcare, webMethods, SAIC, and Booz Allen Hamilton, gaining extensive experience in implementation, support, and strategic benefits management. Heather holds a BS in Business Management from George Mason University – Costello College of Business.
