Joclyn D. has extensive experience in human resources, having begun a career at Avery Dennison as an HR Generalist from April 2002 to May 2005. Following this role, Joclyn D. joined Software AG, progressing through various positions including Human Resources Generalist Australia, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and Regional HR BP Director for APJ/EMEA between May 2005 and May 2006. Since January 2021, Joclyn D. has served as the Director of HR Operations for Asia Pacific and Japan at Software AG, leading initiatives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture across the organization.
