Marvin Meyer

Marvin Meyer is an experienced executive in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Software AG since 2008, where previous roles included Vice President and Director, both focused on M&A in the EMEA region. Marvin served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at FACT Informationssysteme & Consulting AG from May 2017 to September 2022 and held the position of Senior Associate at KPMG Advisory from July 2006 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include Executive MBAs from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as a Dipl-Kfm in Finance and Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt, complemented by a study abroad experience in Finance and Economics at Bond University.
