Melissa McKinley, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director for the US & LATAM at Software AG Government Solutions, where they focus on fostering customer relationships and addressing complex challenges in the software industry. With over a decade of experience at Software AG and prior roles in human resources management at Innovative Technology for Government and MicroPact, Inc, they have developed strong skills in CRM and problem-solving. Melissa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Radford University and also has ties to Northern Virginia Community College.
