Principal Technical Support Engineer

Michael Dransfield has extensive experience in database administration and technical support, beginning with roles at Continental Insurance as a Scheduler and advancing to positions such as Database Administrator at Sea-Land Service, Inc. and Manager of ADABAS Operations at Morgan Stanley. From 1991 to 1994, Michael worked at Lehman Brothers in various roles, including Lead ADABAS Infrastructure Support DBA and Manager of Infrastructure Disaster Recovery. Subsequent positions include Consultant roles at Starpoint Solutions and Michael Williams Associates, a SQL Server DBA at the New Jersey Office of Information Technology, and serving as an ADABAS Database Specialist at DMI. Currently, Michael is a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Software AG, demonstrating a strong technical background in ADABAS/Natural installation, customization, and support. Education includes attendance at Rutgers University and Spotswood High School.
