Michael Kennedy

Michael Kennedy is an experienced professional in sales enablement and go-to-market strategies, currently serving as Senior Director of GTM Enablement Programs at Software AG since March 2022. Prior to this role, Michael founded SkillsVia, an enablement tool fostering a growth mindset, and held various positions including Senior Manager of Sales Productivity at Oracle and Partner Training & Enablement Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Ireland. With a background in account management and project management across several organizations, Michael's expertise encompasses program enablement and sales productivity. Michael holds multiple degrees including a Postgraduate Diploma in Internet Systems Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Product Management from Technological University Dublin, as well as a BSc in Management from Trinity College Dublin.
