Steve O'Brien

Steve O'Brien has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at IBM since July 2024. Prior to this role, Steve held various leadership positions at Software AG, including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Customer Operations. Additionally, Steve managed Customer Operations at Active Software from 1998 to 2000 and worked in Customer Operations at Alantec for a year. Steve O'Brien earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Santa Clara University, attending from 1987 to 1991, and graduated from St. Francis High School in 1987.
