Vipin KC is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in optimizing collaboration technology and implementing strategic IT initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of IT for Collaboration, Workplace, and Support at Software AG since July 2021, Vipin KC has successfully defined and executed long-term IT strategies, leading the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools to enhance user engagement and reduce redundancy. Prior to this role, Vipin KC held various managerial positions, including IT Manager for APAC, Middle East, and Africa, where expertise in data-driven decision-making and process improvements contributed to increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
