Anna Kovru

Anna Kovru is an experienced Delivery Manager currently working at Software Country since July 2023. Previously, Anna held multiple roles at JSC “Arcadia Inc” from July 2007 to May 2022, including Manager of Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed proposing optimal processes, leading people management, and facilitating performance assessments. As a Scrum Master, Anna managed up to five Scrum teams in a large e-Assessment project and adapted Agile methodologies to suit project needs. Anna began a career as a Software Developer at PMASC from October 2005 to June 2007, specializing in ASP.NET applications. Anna holds an Engineer's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Petrozavodsk State University, obtained from 2001 to 2006.
