Tunde Oladele

Tunde Oladele is a seasoned IT professional and entrepreneur with vast experience in core banking system deployment, digital transformation, and project management. His major expertise is in solutions addressing needs in areas such as Inclusive Banking, Core Banking, Credit Risk Management, Digital Banking, and Fraud mitigation. Tunde has lead diverse teams and businesses in emerging economies on the path to digital transformation. His experience also includes managing tech companies in their strategy to deliver IT solutions for banks worldwide. As a Head of the African region and the global microfinance business for an international conglomerate, Tunde collaborated with banks and microfinance institutions in emerging markets to deploy and adapt relevant technology solutions to meet the needs of an ever-changing market. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos and participated in Advanced Management Programme from EISE Barcelona.
