Stuart has over thirty years of application development, database administration, and data architecture experience. In 1986, after working for Boeing Computer Services, Stuart joined the Philadelphia office of a privately-held consulting company called Computer Partners. Over the next five years, Stuart gained a thorough understanding of database design and administration, and data architecture best practices. In 1991, three years after Computer Sciences Corporation acquired Computer Partners, Stuart and Stephen Sherer co-founded Software Methods. Their mission strived to personalize the delivery of quality consulting services and practices. Stuart is the President of Software Methods. Stuart earned a BS in Computer Science and Biology from Penn State University.
