Currently serving as CFO and Board Member at Software Mind since October 2022, Kamil previously held the position of Deputy CFO and Controlling Director at WeNet Group S.A. from July 2019 to October 2022. Kamil's background includes managing interim CFO projects for small and mid-sized companies, covering areas such as internal reporting implementation, bond placements, and IPO processes, along with strategic development and VC financing in partnership at Silvergrass Capital Partners. Previous roles also include Monitoring Officer at Enterprise Investors, where Kamil oversaw financial aspects of portfolio companies, and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, focusing on restructuring and financial due diligence. Kamil holds an MSc in Finance & Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
