Leszek Czarnota

Leszek Czarnota has a diverse work experience in business development and sales roles in the software industry. Leszek is currently the Director of Digital Growth at Software Mind, where they manage a team responsible for lead generation, sales support, and partner management. Prior to this, they worked at Ailleron as the Head of Business Development Team and Business Development Manager. Leszek also has previous experience at Software Mind as a Business Development Director and Business Development Manager, where they focused on international sales, outsourcing services, and managing partnerships. Earlier in their career, they worked at ComArch as an International Sales Manager and Pre-Sales Consultant.

Leszek Czarnota obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Poland. Leszek completed their studies at the university from 1987 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Leszek also holds a certification in the Sandler Selling System, which they obtained from Sandler Training in September 2020.
