Malwina Lankamer

Malwina Lankamer is currently a Recruitment Intern at Software Mind, having begun this role in January 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Trainee at ManpowerGroup from June 2021 to August 2021, where responsibilities encompassed pre-selection of applications, database development for candidates, active candidate sourcing on social networks, conducting telephone interviews, and providing administrative support to recruitment consultants and temporary employees. Malwina has also engaged in marketing activities and initiated 5S practices in specific areas. Malwina holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University, completed in October 2021.
