Potoczek Jakub

Potoczek Jakub has extensive experience in information technology, beginning as a Specialist in Unix Systems at COIG S.A. Katowice from 2006 to 2010. Following this role, Potoczek worked from 2011 to 2014 as a Specialist in IT Systems at Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Krakowie. Subsequently, Potoczek served as an Administrator of Systems and Networks at BrainSHARE from January 2015 to December 2016. From January 2017 to September 2021, Potoczek took on the role of Chief Administrator at Urząd Miasta Krakowa, focusing on system administration using automation tools, security management, and troubleshooting. Currently, since October 2021, Potoczek functions as a System Engineer at Software Mind. Potoczek holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Uniwersytet Jagielloński in Kraków and an Engineer's degree in Applied Computer Science from Śląska Wyższa Szkoła Informatyczno-Medyczna in Chorzów.
