Roman Para

Roman Para is an experienced project manager currently at Software Mind since March 2021, previously serving as Marketing Automation Team Lead at Endava from January 2017 to March 2021. In the marketing automation role, Roman oversaw campaigns, implemented strategies using CRM software, and established a Marketo environment while integrating various tools for enhanced lead generation and reporting. Additional experience includes serving as Applications Management Engineer and Junior Application Management Analyst. Roman holds a degree from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, completed between 2015 and 2020.
