Johan Nord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and scientific research. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Product Specialist at Software Point since August 2013, Johan plays a key role in launching the LabVantage Medical Suite within the healthcare sector, effectively managing customer requirements and contributing to successful product implementations. Concurrently, Johan works as a Project Assistant/Researcher at Lund University, focusing on software development for scientific simulations. Previously, from 2000 to 2012, Johan held positions at AstraZeneca R&D Södertälje as an Associate Principal Scientist and Senior Research Scientist, leading projects in Alzheimer's disease drug discovery and analgesics. Johan also completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Lund University, where doctoral research advanced the understanding of dUTPase's catalytic mechanisms.
