Tamara L. Giaimo founded Software Resources in 1992. After earning a BA in Communications from the University of Central Florida in 1987, she gained invaluable industry experience in IT staffing. Under Tammy’s leadership, Software Resources has become a national market leader and provider of IT support staffing and consulting services. During her 30+ year career, she has been recognized for her achievements many times, including numerous awards and accolades for providing clients with exemplary service. Most recently, she was named to the Orlando Business Journal’s honor roll of “Women Who Mean Business.” Tammy has served on the board of directors and as CEO since 1992.
Tammy is very involved in her community and supports many charities. Some of those include the Salvation Army Women and Children’s Shelter, Morning Star, Camp Boggy Creek, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, United Way, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Conductive Education Center.
