Jessica Ugalde

Jessica Ugalde is the Head of Services and Implementation of Software SICOSS. Jessica has a master’s degree in Business Administration and holds several certifications. Within Software SICOSS she has worked as a Process and Quality Coordinator, and Project Manager, and is currently in charge of the implementations of the solutions, ensuring that they work properly to support the customer´s operations.
