Don Smith

Don Smith has held two positions in the past. From 1984 to 1990, they were the Data Coordinator for the City of Orrville, where they were responsible for coordinating all data flows through the city, both on paper and in the computer system, as well as conducting site evaluations for computer systems. From 1990 to present, they have been the Senior Software Implementation Specialist for www.MySoftwareSolutions.com, where they serve as Team Leader for the Conversion Team, transforming other companies' data into a format that is compatible with their software, balancing, verifying, and proving to the customer that the conversion is complete. Don also trains customers on how to run their software, tunes the software for the customer, and provides guidance and scheduling on how to move from their old software to the company's software.
