Kelly Hephner has worked in a variety of roles since 1985. Kelly began their career at the Village of Montpelier, where they served as the Director of Finance from 1985. In 2018, they joined Software Solutions, where they held the roles of Customer Success Advocate and Customer Support Representative.

Kelly Hephner obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Northwest State Community College.
