Deborah Hewett-Smith

Deborah Hewett-Smith is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Deborah began their career in 1988 as the Director at InfiMed, Inc., where they were responsible for product component procurement and subcontract manufacturing oversight for complex high technology radiology systems. In 1989, they joined Sunquest Information Systems as AVP, VP, Program Manager, where they led product teams, developed business plans for new products and services, and managed sales support operations. In 2000, they established HewettSmith & Associates, LLC as Principal. From 2006 to 2017, they served as Sr Director, Marketing Communications and Director of Marketing, Health I.T. Systems at Sysmex America, Inc. During this time, they were responsible for the product management of Sysmex's information systems products lifecycle management. From 2017 to 2020, they were Principal at HewettSmith & Associates and Corporate Accounts Director at STS Cymetryc.

Deborah Hewett-Smith attended the University of Virginia, where they earned a BA in the College of Arts and Sciences.
