Michael McMahon

Michael McMahon has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Michael started their career as a Staff Accountant at RSM McGladrey in 2006, where they assisted with audits for real estate and manufacturing clients. Michael then worked as a Senior Accountant at Axiant, LLC from 2008 to 2009, focusing on daily cash reporting and financial reporting preparation.

In 2009, McMahon joined the Carolina Raptor Center as a Finance Director, overseeing financial operations until 2013. Michael then transitioned to Republic Services, working as an Assistant Division Controller from 2013 to 2015.

For the past two years, McMahon has served as the Director of Finance at the Charlotte Symphony organization. Most recently, in October 2017, they also took on the role of CFO at Software Toolbox, Inc. McMahon has a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and leadership in the finance field.

Michael McMahon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from John Carroll University. Michael attended the university from 2002 to 2006. Later on, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Accountancy (MACC) degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2013 to 2016, further specializing in Accounting.
