Jim Rafferty

Jim Rafferty is an experienced IT consulting professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in software development, data architecture, and project management. Since 2001, Jim has served as Salesforce Consultant, Data Architect, Senior Developer, and Project Lead at Software with Ease / The Jiraffe Group, LLC, providing comprehensive IT consulting services. As Co-founder and COO of Partnerd Group, LLC from 2015 to 2019, Jim focused on delivering high-quality IT support to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Systems & Programming at the American Association for the Advancement of Science, managing software development and database systems, and eCommerce Developer at The Motley Fool. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. John's University.
