Paweł Torój is an experienced project management professional holding certifications including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and SAFe® 5 Agilist. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management at SoftwareMill since November 2024, Paweł previously held key leadership roles such as Head of Project Centre at PWPW S.A. and Head of PMO at Empik Group. At Empik Group, responsibilities included aligning project portfolios with organizational strategy and collaborating with the Executive Team to ensure projects supported retail and e-commerce objectives. Paweł's extensive background spans multiple industries, highlighted by strategic initiatives at InPost as Project Portfolio Manager and IT Programme Management Office Lead at HSBC. Previous engagements also include establishing and leading PMOs, agile project management roles, and contributing to project management education through the Project Management Institute Poland Chapter. Paweł holds a Master's degree in Language and Communication from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
