Alex Muenzberg

Alex Muenzberg is an experienced instructional design specialist currently working at SoftwareONE since January 2017. Prior to this role, Alex served as the Head of Customer Care at Core Learning Production, overseeing customer care teams and managing project success. Previous experience includes a position as Director Solutions at Core-Competence GmbH, where responsibilities involved leadership of the eLearning team and project management. Additionally, Alex worked at Telefónica Germany as a New Media Specialist, focusing on eLearning content development and strategic enhancement of learning platforms. Alex completed a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
