Andrew Shaffer

Andrew Shaffer is an experienced EUC Solution Architect, currently employed at SoftwareOne since March 2023 and has been with GreyHoop since January 2014. With a strong background in designing and deploying custom automation and virtualization environments using technologies such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft solutions, Andrew has also worked for SynchroNet from July 2018 to March 2023, where the company focused on end-user computing and serverless technologies. Prior roles include Virtualization Engineer at I-Access, Inc., Systems Engineering Team Lead at BEL Network Integration & Support, Systems Administrator at Rodgard, and Support Engineer at Synergy Global Solutions. Andrew holds a BS in Informatics from the University at Buffalo, earned between 2005 and 2009.
