Anna Witkowsky

Anna Witkowsky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anna began their career in 2006 at Follett Higher Education Group as an Associate Sales member, where they worked for eight years. In 2011, they served as a Spanish/English Translator at Cerámica Colón for a year. In 2013, Anna worked as a Field Account Manager at NoorMax Marketing Inc. for six months. Following this, they joined Radford University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in 2014 for four months. Anna then worked at SoftwareONE USA from 2015 to 2017, first as a Key Account Manager for four months and then as a Technical Account Manager for two years. Anna joined SoftwareONE in 2017 as a Business Consultant in Global Services until 2020. Currently, Anna is working as the North America Delivery Lead - Adoption and Change Management at SoftwareONE.

Anna Witkowsky has a Master's Degree Credit in Corporate and Professional Communication from Radford University, obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. During this time, in 2011 to 2012, they also attended Universidad Pablo de Olavide, although the degree and field of study are not specified. Before that, Anna studied Communication and Media Studies at Roanoke College from 2009 to 2010. Alongside their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Exam 347: Enabling Office 365 Services from Microsoft, and qualifications from the Microsoft Immersion Partner Program. Additionally, Anna has acquired various sales accreditations and competencies from Microsoft, specializing in areas such as Communication, Messaging and Exchange, Office 365, Licensing Sales, and Private Cloud/Virtualization and Management.
