Anthony Bates

Anthony Bates has over 19 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, currently serving as UC/CX Team Lead and Technology Services Architect at SoftwareOne since March 2016, following the acquisition of House of Lync. In this role, Anthony leads a professional services group that specializes in consulting, sales, design, engineering, deployment, and technical service for Microsoft® Skype for Business and Office365 E5 Cloud PBX, managing hundreds of thousands of Enterprise Voice seats. As VP of Technology at House of Lync since January 2011, Anthony has focused on Lync and Skype for Business Voice solutions, also overseeing extensive deployments and management of voice services. Additionally, as Sr. Solutions Integrator at Eastman Technologies since March 2004, Anthony has contributed to the design, implementation, and support of managed IT services, data networks, VoIP, video conferencing, and collaboration for over 800 national clients.
